I've always been a night time eater as well. What works for me is trying to keep my meals around the same calorie allotment and If I feel like I want to eat I ask myself if I'm really hungry, bored or stressed. This happened to me before and I went to my gynecologist and they gave me some medication to take so I would start ovulating again. I wouldn't worry about it but I would definately make an appointment with the gynecologist.

I agree with the last post. Being consistent is the key here. If you constantly eat what is right and what is healthy then you are going to lose weight, my body responds when I am healthy but when I put "junk" in I get just that "junk" out. Amazing!!! You've lost a great deal of weight.......I too have a TON to lose, lol. So far I'm at 26 lbs, only about another 100+ to go. And it's extremely hard but it helps to have support from MFP friends. I'm sending you a request. Congrats on your weight loss :)
