I read your bio and perhaps you need to remember the blessings already in your life. Your, hubby, the lover of your life. And your 2 daughters. You are also are blessed to stay home with them. I am almost on maintenance so would love to have support and be supportive. I've 3 more pounds to lose. Maintenance kinda scares me, only because I've been there before, - twice and I failed obviously. I can't seem to get through the first year and a bit. So I would love to have some friends to get through this!

I think if you eat back your exercise calories, then you should log your weight lifting routine. I found this website that I use sometimes because I find that mfp is a little high on the calorie burn. I know this website is not an exact science either, but I'd rather be on a bit more modest on my calories.…

The DVD I use works the entire body. There is no resting, just a lot of reps until the muscles are fatigued and we move on to another muscle group. It's a good workout, but just so long. I suppose maybe I should just do upper body one day and lower body the next. I am trying to tone mostly, tighten up.

I might be a bit confused. You are on week one, day one? And you ran 22 minutes straight? I am doing the program and I am on week four, day 2 and I am running two 5 minutes intervals and two 3 minutes intervals. Or did you do you get through just 22 minutes? If that's the case, no worries, just keep working on week one…

No, I never go to bed hungry. I will eat some of my exercise calories at the end of the day. You will eventually get to know when you need to eat so that you don't fall into the "I am starving" phase and want to eat everything in sight. I eat a small meal OR snack about every 3 hours which works for me - and I stay within…

I have the same problem! I am sure it's due to giving birth a couple times. If I am taking a class, I always make sure I go to the little girls room, minutes before the class.
