I don't know what variety of foods you like to eat. Starting out, maybe try a plan where you have Sunday through Wednesday figured out. I'm definitely going to try this. I've tried cauliflower pizza crusts, but they could never get cripsy, so it wasn't pleasant. And thin crust pizza is my favorite top, because I like tasting the tomato and topings more than the crust. :)
