Yesterday was a great success and felt so proud crawling into bed :) So just for a day Going to stick to my calorie budget. I am very go go go so i planned my food out in advance with extra snacks just in case i wind up hungry as i tend to overeat when I'm hungry. ..im working a very physical day today.

I always hover between 130-140. My lowest was 128lbs and my highest is right now at 141lbs. I am working towards reaching the high 120s low 130s :) 10 pounds seems like a struggle for me though. I am moderately muscular so for me its like "the last 10 pounds" type struggle
