teacher here!! i have to make sure i have tons of healthy snacks with me at all times so that when i get hongrrryyy i can satisfy the hunger before i make unhealthy choices. i eat things like apples, cheerios, rice cakes + hummus, rice cakes + tuna (i know it sounds gross), and huge salads with low-fat or fat-free dressing.

you can get headaches if you drastically change your diet, specifically when i cut a lot of unhealthy carbs i got headaches for a couple days!
