I would go crazy weighing everyday! I used to do that when I was younger, but I don't need the added stress! I weigh once a week. On Saturday morning, at the same time. Hope you get over that, because I know how stressed it can make you!

I do a session in the morning (although it's hard to get it started), and also one in the early evening, after dinner my husband will workout with me and I seem to have alot more energy doing that one.

I am not a morning type of workout person! LOL! Most of my energy is afternoon to evening. I can put in a good workout after I pick up my daughter from school, and then my husband workout with me after dinner. Seems to be working!

My husband get's home from work at 5:45, so we eat at 6. I hate eating late!

I wouldn't wear a mini skirt (alhtough if you have amazing legs, go for it!).......but I am dying to wear shorts again!!! Hopefully on my cruise in December! *fingers crossed*

I think it's your choice! I used to get questioned why I only wanted to have one child....again, my choice! Like I wasn't gonna be fulfilled without having a house full of kids! Heck, ya! It's exercise! But personally I don't log anything but actual exercise I do in my gym. But that's just me. I just count cleaning as an extra bonus!

I must admit, Dr. Oz is getting real annoying with all his magical weight loss secrets! Pul-leeze! I do take a B complex, and that's supposed to help your metabilism. But other than that, I think all those pills are just a way for companies to make money! imo

When I started I had 82 lbs to lose. I have now lost 21lbs. I'm only 1/4 way into my goal. Don't look at the huge goal you set in front of yourself, or you will get very discouraged. I have a freind that's on it, and she's dropping a huge amount of weight for the amount of time she's been on it. I have both and prefer my elliptical over my treadmill! Once I got my elliptical I could only do 10 minutes max, but now I'm a beast on it! LOL! I really sweat on it! I just read an article that say's every 2-3 weeks you should have one day where you eat like normal without worrying too much what your eating. It's supposed to reset something in your body, then you start losing again. I haven't tried it since I'm losing pretty good right now. So not sure if it works or not??

That is just down right disturbing! And gross! Besides that, who could really eat that many calories?? That is alot of food!

I also wear halters, because I think they are really cute! I bought a convertible bra at Lane Bryant that is so comfortable and it allows me to wear most halters.

My calorie limit is set at 1740 a day. That always seems to be enough for me. So I don't eat back my exercise calories. I really don't want to workout just to eat more. haha But everybody is different.

You have to eat to lose, otherwise your body is going to start hoarding your fat, thinking it's starving. And I try not to eat my exercise calories at all. I've lost 9lbs so far, and I eat well. So something's working here! Everyone is diffeerent though, so your just gonna have to ry a few things until you find what works…
