I persoanlly would starve at 1200 cal a day. I have to eat several hundred more than that.And even more on day's I go to the gym. I know everybody is different, so I say do what works. But just be sure you get everything your body needs out of what your eating.

I guess I come from the "old school". I've always been told fruits and veggies are good for you! As with any thingh though, you have to limit your calories.

I never add any extras like that. Although, cleaning house, washing the car, doing yard work is, sometimes, an extreme workout. I won't add them. I strictly just put down what I do in the gym, or is considered an actual exercise. I just consider doing those extra things a bonus! Good luck in your journey!

I am a hair dresser and I know the rule....but.....I wash my hair twice a day and it stays healthy! I hate the smell of oily hair, and then mixed with sweat, really gross! Gosh, I don't know how that feels. I am so blessed to have a supportive husband that works out with me. And he is in the military and very fit! But he does it because it gives us a bonding time! And he knows how important to me, I personally love working out with either my daughter and/or husband! I don't like working out…

I do both but I prefer the elliptical. It makes me really sweat. I can't figure out why people bad mouth the elliptical, it's done me good! And since I have knee and feet problem's, the elliptical is much easier on my joints. :happy:

I have a cheat meal on occasion. Like yesterday, I took my mom out to a Mexican restaraunt for Mother's day and indulged. But now I'm back to my healthy meals. I don't think anything is wrong with it!

To each his own! I love my elliptical, it's really the only thing I can use without killing my knees, and I also have feet problems. Hmmm, doesn't burn that many calories, huh? Makes me wonder how I lost 26 lbs, if it doesn't work that well?

Tanning does SO much damage to your skin. I have seen women that think it looks gorgeous, but to me it makes your skin look wrinked and old, kinda like an old dried out piece of leather! I guard against the sun all I can but seem to still get sun kissed in the summer without even trying. I've hear too many horror stories…

That's one place were I can't skimp on calories. I have to have the thick creamy creamer! And it is SO worth it! I would not be a pleasant person without it! haha
