For me weight loss has always been a constant battle. I prefer WW to MFP, I have just come back to MFP but have given myself two weeks to lose five pounds. If I have not lost five pounds in two weeks I am rejoining WW on Line. I have only ever done WW on line I have never attended the meetings. This may sound stupid but when I am paying it gives me more of a reason to stick…

Two time weight watchers and lost weight both times but keeping it off is the problem , so hoping MFP will help , so far so good although its only my first week on MFP. Good Luck everyone.

I have opted for two pound per week but think I maybe should have started at one pound , I will continue for a month on this setting but might drop to a one pound goal per week after that . Good luck anyway mate.
