others may disagree with me but i don't think you do yourself any favours counting that in as it just increases calorie allowance and isn't anything out of your norm i.e. pushing your body to change so i onlt count things that really break a sweat. up to you of course but for instance i clean house and do the school run…

really recommend jillian michaels No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolisn. Get a great sweat one both but one is weighted, one not. They get the job done and they're cheap with it.
