  • I'm 5"7 1/2 my goal weight right now is 165. thats the smallest I've been at my healthiest and fit. I am a very stout muscular build. post Weight lifter & shot putter in high school. I think if I still have the flab at 165 I'll try and hit 140 possibly. good luck!
  • I'm guna start:) but i dont know what my goal should be? I've been trying to atleast walk a mile or 30 minutes a day!
  • you got it eileen!! thats the way to go. make it a lifestyle not a "diet" cause..diets always end! and when they end what happens? weight comes back! im in simliar process too. its crazy what can make your healthy eating days end horrible by one simple snack mistake! heres to sticking to our guns and getting this extra…
