I know exactly what you mean. "Wanarexia" is a sick but unfortunately real problem. I hate quotes like that being immediately associated with real eating disorders. I'm 5'5 and 130 pounds as well, and I can tell you that I eat about 2500 calories on average to maintain my weight. I'm aiming for 1900 net calories now to lose weight.
