I agree with the above poster, but if you want some exercises that will work those muscles, I would recommend leg raises, and fire hydrants. I hated level 2. There are too many shoulder exercises in my opinion, my shoulders would just be burning by the end. level 3 is more enjoyable, just power through level 2 and you will probably like level 3 better.

I have oatmeal with one egg in it and a pinch of salt every morning. It's low calorie, filling, and I get some protein! It took a couple times for me to get used to the idea of savory oatmeal, but now I can't imagine starting my day without it.
