Wondering if anyone know of a good at home workout to slim your outer thighs, more the outer thighs by the behind.

You cannot spot reduce. Exercise won't trim fat anywhere. To do that, you need a calorie deficit and patience, because genetics will determine how (where) you lose fat.
You can do leg exercises (especially squats and lunges) for good, strong legs. But it won't change how and when you lose the fat.0 -
I agree with the above poster, but if you want some exercises that will work those muscles, I would recommend leg raises, and fire hydrants. Leg raises you just stand, put all of your weight on one leg, and left your leg to the side. Tap your foot on the ground and then left again. Fire hydrants are where you get on the ground on all fours, and then literally lift your leg up to the side like you're a dog peeing on a fire hydrant. You will feel very silly doing this but you will definitely feel the burn. You can also lift your leg straight back and up to work more the butt/upper thigh area. Also look up curtsy lunges. Sorry if these explanations don't make sense, if you google them you should be able to find some pictures or videos. Kickboxing is a great cardio workout that will help you build some muscle in your legs as well.0

Actually, doing leg lifts and such things like Pilates will tighten the muscle up so you'll feel slimmer. This is not the same thing as losing fat, but I believe answers the question. Exercises that use the pushing muscles like cycling and lunges can make you feel bulkier until the fat comes off.0

The muscle layer is always tight. It's the fat layer covering it that isn't tight. I'd follow the usual fat loss advice - proper calorie intake plus full-body strength training to keep a high metabolism. At home, try Nerd Fitness or Fitness Blender.
