I think my fitbit is accurate to a good extent but definitely not 100% it probably underestimates some times - for instance when i am doing a class like spin it doesn't count it as active minutes and i would get a minimal calorie burn as if i am just sitting at a desk - but when i do a class like step which involves a lot…

Hey Jacob! For me it took over 3 months of hard work to notice my weightloss and for other people to notice it too! i have lost only about 10llbs in that time but lost about 3% bodyfat and gained a decent amount of muscle mass. it takes time, stick with it!!

o boy that sucks! i fell on the pull up machine a few years ago, developed a phobia towards it lol but now my trainer taught me how to use it correctly and now i love it!!
