I have a story of my life especially on my body or weight 2 share with you guys. Before when i was in elementary and high school,, i am so very skinny,my weight is 45 to 40, my metabolism is so fast because im still very young before,, but when i turn 17-18 ,, and became college,, thats when my metabolism become slow,, and i gain weight,, not muscle,, but pure fat,,, and i become 176lbs ,, but i dont lose hope and never give up and its not too late to become skinny again or lose weight ,, i started lifting weights, cardio exercise & abs exercise,, also diet lowering my calories intake and also i take supplements,,, and now im 137lbs ,, but even if i lose weight now,, i still did not reach my goal,my goal is 120 to 110lbs base on my bmi on my age & height and to have 8 pack abs & lower my bf %, and if i reach my goal,, i will still continue or maintain it,, :) Hope this inspires you and motivate you. Just keep going. don't lose hope. always keep up the good work. so that when u reach ur goal on ur body. u will look good & feel good & healthy. Don't let the negative people ruined your goals . Just think positive and ignore them they are just jealous of u because they cannot do what we do and they cannot achieve what we achieve Hope this helps. and i hope also that my English is ok because im not good at english im still learning and studying english especially im Asian. I'm a Filipino hehe
