  • Same here. If I know I'm going out, I make sure to get my work out in during the day and eat lighter so I have enough calories left. Alcohol is a calorie killer so try not to drink to much. As for snacks, I like chips and salsa. Its light and somewhat healthy. Just limit your portions. Party on!

  • I was wondering the same thing myself. I read that you can burn anywhere from 700 - 1000 calories in a 90 minute class. That sounds pretty high to me. But of course that also depends on how hard you are working. I think I push myself in the classes pretty hard, but I like to be conservative and put down about 685 calores…
