I log it if I'm doing a big day of cleaning. If I sweat, bend and lift that's exercise. Am I counting washing dishes, or sweeping up the floor? No. But my spring cleaning, or when I turn my soil and plant my veggies, or paint the house. Hell yea! But once again those are special occassions not every day things.

Whoa, thanks for all the great advice. Honestly I don't know what I want my body to look like, but I know I don't want to be thin. Maybe more like a Serena Williams you know? I love wheat beers, stouts, and porters. Nothing too hoppy like IPAs, Pale Ales, or Red Ales. However I do love the Aprihop by Dogfish head. That stuff is the bomb! My fav beers are Fin Du Monde, Eble Weiss (Two Brothers--GO LOCAL!), and Pumpking beer by Southern Tier.
