It will get easier the more you do it! Just do what you can, safely & within your own limits & build it up very slowly. You will be amazed how much stronger your lungs become. Well done! x

Free on youtube. I saved each circuit (there are 3) into a playlist along with the warm up & cool down. I ve got loads of free Jillian workouts off there for free now :)

Bumping this to see if anyone can explain why this happens. I recently bought a polar HRM and Im sure its accurate, but it tells me I burn an average of 150 kcals more per 60 minute workout if I do it in the morning rather than after work in the evening. Wierd!

I did it in April, for 30 days straight. I lost 3lbs but 6.5 inches in total. Its great if you stick with it. I do no more trouble zones now. Love Jillian :)

I dont know where these numbers come from, I do 30 Ds regularly, with my heart rate monitor I burn an average of 200 kcals per workout. Also hoping to start slimming world next week , theres no groups near me so Im going to join while Im at my mums next week :)

I also did 30 day shred and saw no change to my arms. I did jillian michaels no more trouble zones for the first time today. Every circuit has arm exercises, im hoping for good results! It's free on YouTube x

I'll join in! From the UK & found Leslie Sansone on youtube last month so joined Junes challenge half way through. Didnt quite make my 30 miles last month but almost made it. This month I want to do 30 miles this month & Im going to alternate Jillian Michaels no more trouble zones :) First 3 miles done tonight!

Lol love this! Well done you!!! Thanks for your replies everyone. I still eat carbs, but try to only at breakfast time, except for fruit or poataoes in veg soup and that sort of thing. What is a grainy carb then?

Hi everyone. Im new to Leslie too! Discovered her through MFP :D Im also going to join in half way through the month so going for 30 mile goal. Wow your inspirational! Ive just set my daily kcals to my BMR, from 1200, its quite scary. Also did 30 DS thru April, now on Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Havent got to lifting yet (cant afford a gym). Hope I get results like yours one day. Thanks for sharing :) x
