Just started first day of level 3, have to say its fab. Have read lots of people saying the change from level 2 to 3 is no where near as bad as from L 1 to 2, and I definately agree with this. It feels like one hell of a workout too but in a good way. Am sooooo glad to see the back of Level 2 :) x

Hey folks thanks for your advice. I actually went ahead and bought a pair after a friend had such good results. They only arrived yesterday. I'm a bit disappointed about having to Handwash them as well, what a pain! Anyway I will update with any results. I am already measuring myself as I am two thirds of my way through…

Does anyone else HATE level 2 as much as I do :( Just done day 3, am hoping it will be better tomorrow. Level 1 got much better after day 3 so Im hoping level 2 will be the same x

I have just completed day 9 level 1. I then sat and watched level 2....Im a bit scared lol it looks awful, whats all that plank position stuff like? Anyone doing that yet??? xx

I completed day 6 today, I'm loving it too. 2nd and 3rd day were the hardest for me but I can actually do about 8 press ups in a row now. I've never been able to do them before ever!!! I'm dreading moving up to level 2 , a lot of people seem to find it a big step up. How is everyone planning on doing their 30 days?…

Just done my 5th day. I measured my waist before and have already lost an inch off my waist!!!! Its amazing!!! Have a sore left thigh today though, s may have a rest day tomorrow. Well done to everyone who's started today x

I'm in too. I actually started on Thursday so am on day 4 today. Days 3 was the worst day for me, but I woke up this morning with no aches and pains anywhere so I carried on. Think I might change to doing it in the mornings instead of after work, but thats only if I can drag myself out of bed intime :D x

I'm on day 3 !!! Never done the dvd before and it is killing me, I hadnt done much exercise except walking before starting this, so I'll join in, you can all keep me going :smile:
