You look great. You're doing well. Consider where you are at. Remember that it is a life change not a diet. If you got there through eating right, you don't go back to eating crap just because you hit your goal. If you got there through exercise, it's part of your life now. I feel your pain. I lost 20 lbs and I have…

Definitely pizza and fried chicken. And keep me away from Donuts. I can make a meal of that.

That's interesting you should say that. Since winter weather began I have coincidentally been eating more bread and my sugar cravings have spiked and it's driving me crazy, and of course my weight has been creeping back up. I am going to TRY and take that advice.

Pizza????? Ok now I am going to throw up!

Wow. You don't even look like the same person between the two photos. Nice job.

I began MFP when my office did a 90 day biggest loser challenge and I like you was 100 lbs overweight. For the majority of that time I did a little weight lifting but not much. It was almost exclusively walking and I lost 37 lbs by the end of the competition. I walked because I have arthritic knees so I couldn't run. Now…

First one. I know a lot of girls like short because it is easier to take care of. But speaking for...maybe not all guys...but a lot, girls usually look "hotter" in long hair. I know a lot of girls can look good in short hair, but long hair always trumps short hair for most.

Damn good dedication. Awesome job. Keep it up!

I've lost 28 pounds and my Mom, who has complained about my weight since I was a kid, hasn't noticed. My wife hasn't said anything until this past weekend. I have only one co-worker who has said something. I volunteer at my daughters school and two people didn't say anything to me, but they mentioned it to my daughter.

Nice. Keep kicking butt. Isn't elliptical great? I love it. You burn a lot and it doesn't kill my knees like jogging used to.

You look gorgeous. Your daughter is very cute. Hope she lives long healthy life with a great Mom as her inspiration.

I've learned not to plan my days off. I've adopted the attitude to always plan on working out today and never assume that I'll be able to work out tomorrow. With a full-time job and two teenage kids, days-off seem to work themselves in naturally. Not to mention having arthritis in my knees I never know when it is going to…

I used to be a runner. I developed arthritis so I can't run especially with the 100 pounds I gained over the years. I've lost 24 pounds so far through walking and an elliptical at the gym at work. So yes, it can be done. Over time I increased my pace and distance. But take it slow. Don't be in a hurry to increase things.

Don't talk about throwing in the towel because that means weight gain. You are changing your life not just your weight. So don't quit. You'll break the wall eventually. Keep up with the tracking and the exercise. You "throw in the towel" and it is guaranteed you'll head back to where you were. Just relax. The goal you set…

Tom, I have always been overweight to some extent. I did run track and cross country in high school but when that ended my weight went up. Then I began working at Swensens Ice Cream parlor. Oh boy!!! I went from 175 to 190 lbs. After two years I went in the Army and got in the best shape I had been in and was back down to…

Yes I used it for about a month. It did work. I dropped a few pounds not only because it doesn't allow you to absorb all the fat you eat but also the fattier stuff you eat..the more...messy you become. Since you don't want that you tend to avoid those foods. But after a while you get sick of that effect so I couldn't stay…
