Maybe gauging your loss with a body fat measurement? I weigh the same as I did 2 years ago and lost about 5-6 percent body fat and a pant size. Lifting has helped quite a bit

I agree your math looks accurate but making sure you are fueling your body properly. You can also find out what your BMR and TDEE ( Total daily energy expenditure) to get an accurate amount of the calories you should be consuming based off your training. http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/

If you have already covered some distance which you did 11 miles I wouldn't worry, I would also suggest a recovery run to allow the pain outside the knee more healing time so you can smash your 1/2 if you're PT doesn't recommend otherwise.

Thanks guys it's definitely not easy balancing everything, we all lead busy lives and can live day in day out unhappy not realizing life is just passing by and we are truly not happy. Ive found my happy place I just need to remember and choose to stay there. Perception plays a huge role.

Sounds like you are an emotional eater, so just someone telling you to learn how to control your cravings is not going to be enough. I myself suffer from binge eating but have been binge eating now for several months causing me to gain 8 real pounds. I highly doubt you have gained any real weight. When we restrict…

I would highly suggest C25K I started with that 2 years ago and now able to run 13+ miles. I would stay away from sprinting that's more intermediate. Definitely jogging comfortably even if you feel it's slow. Treadmills are okay if necessary but running outdoors is different and makes it more difficult for those not used…

Thank you! At first I used the 1200 calorie thing but it's just so low for me, I love me some food lol, but now I use TDEE with a 20% cut so about 1700ish calories and still losing :) and eat that whether I exercise or not but I do exercise at least 5-6xs /week.
