50c/25f/25p is the actual setting but it tends to fall in the 45c/30f/25p more often than not. I care more about hitting 100 + grams of protein/day than I do the percentages.

How many pounds of loss per week did you set your goal? And what is your height exactly?

Learning to throw out food has been a lifesaver for me. Cheesecake doesn't look so good if it slips off the plate onto the dirty table, for example. Boxing up pre-leftovers "to eat later" and then forgetting them on the table, or dropping them in the bin outside the door, is another option if you really don't want them.…

I don't use Healthywage but have had some good experiences with Dietbet. I like the 6 month transformer challenges, slow and steady.

When I was 15 I was in an accident that scarred up a portion of my lower torso. The nurse tried to make me feel better by telling me that stretch marks would hide them someday. (Hey, she was trying.) Sure enough, eventually my friends were getting stretch marks, and I got some, and no one comments on scars or stretch marks…

Search out the group Biggest Loser Team Challenge and join. The next challenge's weigh in is April 21.

I donate regularly. I eat more on the day of donation and eat again after. Hasn't stopped my loss, and I don't feel sick or dizzy. It's very important to eat well before donating.

Track and plan your meals.

Chicken sandwiches, pasta, pizza, rolls with my soup; down 30 lbs since Christmas. My macros are around 40-35-25.

Do you weigh your food for complete logging accuracy? And the water retention will settle down as your body gets used to the new challenge. Drink lots of water daily, 2 -3 liters is my personal goal.

This is me! I lost weight on depo provera after my first kid, gained it back when off BC even before I was pregnant with #2, lost it on depo again, tried for a 3rd kid and gained it all back (no 3rd kid came along just gained 60 pounds in 2 years). The emotional hormonal waves were too much for me so my doctor gave me the…

I've been adding a lot of jalapeños to my diet. Delicious little veggies.

I'll probably still use it to look up counts for new foods, or double check appropriate servings. And of course whenever my guesstimates catch up with me and the scale leaves my safe zone. Forever. Using it forever.

I feel like this was an important post and wanted to second it.

I'm 5'6" and plan to lose 1.5-2 pounds/month once I get below 150. It's just realistic.

How on earth was that aggressive? Simple fact. You didn't know why someone would be allowed to send you spam, pootle1972 explained that anyone can join MFP and if they break rules need reported. Not aggressive at all.
-
MFP was designed to have you do so.

What are your current stats and calorie goal?

How has your loss Ben going so far? I think I'd go with option 2. But eat back 300 ish calories. Happy eating

Is it affiliated with Hydroxycut? Hydroxycut has been linked to liver damage.

Just consistency.

I like the Transformer challenges on Dietbet. Main goal is 10% loss in 6 months, since 1% per week is safe I consider it a very doable rate. There are other challenges at 4% loss per month but they stressed me out a little.

With less than 30 pounds to lose you'd be a prime candidate to set up for .5 lb/week loss.
-
I used to but realized it wasn't necessary so I stopped.

We don't get that much, but what we do have goes into a basket that hangs from a hook in the ceiling. Among the four of us we have different preferences, so a variety is kept. I've been fitting about 50 calories of candy into my days for a week now. I threw out Halloween candy about 2 weeks ago, fortunately everyone in my…

Look into schoola.com. They aren't perfect since it is a thrift store but I've been happy with the majority of purchases.

I don't worry about it unless I stop losing.
