I just wait until I do feel hungry. Three meals a day is a social invention. Some people eat all day long, some eat once a day. Whatever works for you, go with it.

I'd be cranky! I had a 1500 goal, then 1580, now 1650 and I lose steadily.

I eat chicken enchiladas, tacos and rice and beans all the time. Not just on "holidays".

It rarely happens, but when it does, I do stop when I feel full. I'm not so confident in my measurements that I think every meal is 100% accurate, anyway.

Meh, I go back and forth all the time. My scale displays both grams and ounces so I go with the most accurate entry in the database and use whichever measurement the database used. I do agree that OP needs to tighten it up a bit. I just don't think units of measurement is the reason for that.

11 weeks, with less than 75 pounds to lose...I'd aim for a 10 pound loss, personally. Maaaayyyybe 15.

I indulge in cheese pizza at least...every other week. Tasty fat, carbs and protein. Go for thin crust maybe?

Just alter the adjustment down. Or use a different app to count exercise, and don't enter it into MFP.

A stone is 14 pounds right? So that's an almost 2 pound/week loss. It's a goal to aim for, but realistically a half stone in that period is more likely, I think.

Looks like you have a BMI of 43.9, TDEE of around 2400 (sedentary), BMR of 2000 ish. I am guessing since I don't know your age. You should lose on 2000 calories, since you aren't in a coma.

I was on it 2 years after my daughter, and 4 years after my son. I'm on Mirena now, which is the same hormone but good for 5 years at a time.

I lost 40-ish pounds in 2013 while on Depo. Different contraceptions affect people differently, but they cannot make excess fat if excess calories are not eaten. If they could we'd have the solution to world hunger.

Oh yeah, I knew something about that post looked familiar. OP, you could be retaining water but if you are watching your CI the rest will eventually sort itself.

I gain weight when I'm not on BC. I lost on Depo and now on Mitena. My natural hormones make me ravenous and moody.

I use an Elizabeth Taylor quote when I feel like I "just can't" anymore. I saved it to my phone for those tough days.

I wouldn't call it a "dirty" cut, that makes it sound like a sin. Personally I like pizza because it fits in my macros pretty well. I've had Easter candy lately too, if I'm careful it fits in my goal. Giving up food you prefer and replacing it with food you hate often leads to binge and guilty regain.

I can't help much, when I did work in a little coffee cafe I ended up being disgusted by the food I saw every day. Is it possible to find a less food-oriented job and focus on something else for a bit?

I didn't cut out any particular food or even eating out. I do feel I have sacrificed some family time. But, flip side, the time we do still have I am much more calm due to my "me" time.
