At 800 cal/day it is highly unlikely your body is getting the needed nutrition to function normally.

What are your stats? Age height current weight etc. How do you measure your servings and what are your macros set at?

The problem is, you don't really know who you are talking to and what may seem to be a listening ear could turn into a sick troll who purposely hurts more than helps. On the flip side, it could be a very nice person trying to help you, but without being able to see your face and your reactions to certain questions would…

1000 calories in an hour actually is pretty high. High enough to alert that the machine calculation is inaccurate. I just ran some numbers and at my specs, going balls to the wall the entire hour (out of breath, unable to grab a drink of water, etc) I'd only burn 600-ish on an elliptical.

Hmm. After my coworker spent most of the morning in the bathroom and then had to go home and change, I personally would not suggest to anyone to stick with it just to see if it's good for them. Anecdotes aren't data but that was a very impressionable day.

The soups that I like are creamy or cheesy, hard to fit in every day. Watery soups are like shakes, don't fill me up and pass through much too quickly.

I found Dietbet very motivating. You at least have the chance to get your money back.

I bought a pig locally this year, previously we've bought and butchered sheep. I use the USDA entries.

I banked calories all week, but it looks like it's a no go. So right now I'm making jalapeño poppers for one. And I think waffles sound good for tomorrow.

I'd assume a quarter of a roasted chicken, without bones, to be at least 8 ounces. Maybe chickens here are bigger.
-
If you ate a quarter of a chicken that is probably more than 3 ounces...

Re: Atkins kills cancer. Sure didn't help my coworker's uncle who refused chemo in favor of organic foods, high meat, high veggie diet; no processed stuff like grains and breads; lots of essential oils and supplements. He had skin cancer. I say "had" not because he beat it but because he lost to it.

Huh. The thing about throwing out junk, which I have done, is that I didn't learn to control myself when junk came back into my life. I like knowing I can eat one Snickers and not start a binge. We still have half a basket of Halloween candy because my kids are comfortable eating 1 piece a week; I hope they keep that skill…

No you should eat less than your TDEE but you should not go below BMR for long periods of time. I'd bump it up to BMR personally.

I also save the majority of calories for after work. I also pre log as often as I can, and work a little junk into my daily diet. When I want more than I should have I don't clear out the house. I take myself out of the house. The first few times of telling myself "That's enough. No more." Were the hardest. It gets easier…

According to his post history he is consuming 1000 cal/day but burning over 3000. If he isn't starving now he will be. ETA: My mistake, he said "between 1000-1800" when his 2 pound goal should be 1900, and it looks like his exercise burns are exaggerated. Still, not fueling the machine ends up with a burnt out engine.

It stops me from being totally sedentary when watching TV and I do love the cycling, but the number of calories burned doesn't do much to enhance my deficit. Diet is the key.

I have some size 10 pants that an online store mistakenly sent me (I ordered 16's), they are my "get a clue" clothes that helped start me up again. I used to be a 8 in pants, when I was 140 pounds/5'7" (I am 5'6" now, either my doc back then was lying or this one is haha) and I look really great at size 10. So they sit on…

I log every day, even when I'm up. I feel it gives me a visual of my progress. I love the chart, I don't feel down like I would if I weighed once a week and it happened to be a retention day.
-
If you don't log that could definitely be part of the problem. What are your stats?
-
It looks normal to me....
-
Could save a bit on the coffin.

I don't know why you keep starting threads here, you don't seem willing to take the advice you are given. Which mainly consists of, slow down, eat more, you have to fuel your 8-10 gym trips in a week and your active job.
-
How about a recomp? You're a pretty healthy weight already, but lifting heavy can firm you up. I doubt you'll find what you are looking for at size 1 if you don't like size 4.
-
I use artificial sweeteners. I do not crave sweets. Most of my pounds and cheats are of the savory variety.
-
How many calories is your Current daily goal?
-
If you have lost it based on the diet plan you posted a few hours ago, it's a good bet your body is tearing down the muscle because it can't use the fat quickly enough to fuel your day.
-
If she's eating a meal you better eat more than 4 bites.
-
This. Your previous threads have advice that holds true here. Eat More. Smaller Cuts. You do yourself zero favors by working hard physically for 18 hours a day and not fueling your active lifestyle.
