I suggest trying "primal" its less restrictive than paleo but same concept. Marksdailyapple.com is a very informative website.

I think you should. There is a good website called Mark's Daily Apple that just had a topic about this a couple weeks ago explaining how much protein to eat & why. There is a lot of good info about nutrition & strength training on the site. MFP says i'm always over on protein but i ignore that.

When looking for a physician who is into primal/paleo try this website: http://paleophysiciansnetwork.com/ I work with an OBGYN who is on the list, so she is absolutely "in the loop" when it comes to nutrition. Unfortunatley med schools don't put enough teaching/training into nutrition.
