Have to agree there. I weigh every three months and I am the happiest I have been in a long time. My clothes are fulling off and its cause I dont let the scales play mind games with me any more....... Dont replace them measure and be happy......

W6D1 for the last time. I feel that I can now move forward. I did 5km 45mins. I now do the whole 5kms so I know I can do it. W6D2 Yay moved on this morning and was very please. Do what you like best. As long as you are doing something that is the main thing. I use to walk a mintue jog a minute my heart rate went up and I found this to work for me. I nearly finished the C25K. I have totally enjoyed this program. If you wish to start jogging or running this is a great tool for beginers... Good…

Ok so went on Holidays on a cruise for 8days. It was fanastic. I did do do day 2 and 3 of week 6 but I have to say it was on a moving boat and on the trademill. So today I went on my W6D1 again. Thank you. I have been on a 8 day cruise to Tasmania. I did do wk7 day 1 and 2 but I had to do it on a treadmill and really didn't like it. So I'm going to start back at week7 and see how that goes on Monday. I'm enjoying the runs and was in such a good space. I'm sure ill get back there ASAP.....

W5D2 What a day. 2* 8min runs. I did it. Non stop both times. Second 8mins was hard but I did it. Not a great speed but I still finish and feel so good for been able to do it. I am on week 5. The only thing that sees me through is taking it slow. Sometimes I thing I can walk faster but at least im out there doing it. You can work on speed after you have finished...

Hang in there. Your next day will be easier. You dont have to go to the next week until you are ready... I found that slowing down helped me alot

My C25K week 5 is only 8 min run. Not sure I could do 20 mins straight. I would just stay on the week I could do with ease befor the next week. Ops I just doubled checked and week 5 day 3 is 20mins. Guess the best way for me to do it is one day at a time and just do it until I complete it. Giving up just will not happen…
