Help over ate
Yesterday I hate like a horse and today I woke up starving... What is wrong with me????????????? Yes I did over 1000 cal in exersice but ate over 2000cal... I have been drink over 2lt of water a day....

Im 41 and training for 10km. Im up to 8km in 65min. Im starting to get light headed when I jog/run. I wear a heart monitor and it gets up around 179. This morning it hit 180. All went well this morning, I woke up earlier than I should and that is a bonus, as it has taken my three months to make it out of bed early at all. Heart rate
I have been exercising for a good 6 weeks. I do at least 40mins 5 days a week. I have not seen the scales move. Yes I eat right and yes I know that mussel weighs more than fat. I was reading that heart rate should be a lot lower than what mine is when I exercise. When I do my jog it can get up to 185 and no lower than 169.…

Im really not happy at all. I have not missed a day and im meant to be on 80 days. Today it told me i have logged in for 5 days. Really not happy. :explode: I love seeing my days go up and this has just deflated me.

12 months on
I cant believe it has been 12 months. I have had so much fun but did slack off at the end of the year.... I cant beleive how much this has helped me. Not really to get skinny but more about getting helathy. Sticking with my motto its about being healthy not skinny for me.......
