  • I have been off and on for 3 years. I cant say I have lost a lot but i am now one fit chick that enjoys jogging and bootcamp. C25K has helped me along the way. Happy for more like minded friends...
  • Dan how can you dissapoint. Anything is better than nothing. Enjoy it if you do it how amazing and if you dont (which I doubt) its still as amazing because you were out there trying. Im on my third year of C25K and I love it. Some times life gets in the way and I lose where I am at but each time I come back and start again…
  • W8D2 not a PB but jogged the full 5km straight. My last jog of the C25K will be done in LA.. What a feeling for this big Aussie.... Fly out of sydney tomorrow. Trip of a life time 4wks in the USA.. SO excited about this...... Maybe my PB will happen in Central Park NY........... YAY:happy:
  • Wk8 day1 To windy to jog out side. I did the treadmil instead. I didnt not enjoy that one bit. Watching numbers slowly is horrible... Looking forward to my next jog and no wind. I enjoy the outside much more.
  • Week7 Day 3 great morning, Sun out and just went. Not a great time but did 5km in 41.30 I can now jog 40mins straight.   • Week7 Day1 much better jog than Monday. Got to the 5km in 40mins and 10 secs. Heart rate got up a little to high so slowed down just a tad as I dont want it to be over 170 for to long. I have been very lucky to miss the rain on both days.
  • Week6 Day3 Done and felt ok. Not as good as my Wk6 Day2 but its done now. Looking forward to my Wednesday jog..
  • W6D2 was meant to be 2 10min jogs but I have found it is easier not to stop and start so I did 25 jog. Felt so good. Now just have to keep the pace up and do better with each run. Cant wait till I can get the full 30mins done. I hope I can get the 5km in that time.

  • W6D1 To think I had done 20mins straight on Friday and I struggeled a little with todays 8mins. I really do think this is a mind game. I also had a big saturday night. Im sure W6D2 will be a good jog. Cant wait for Friday and 22mins straight........

  • W5D2 Great little slow jog. 2 lots of 8min jogs (slow) went well.... Now the big 20min very slow jog on friday coming up....
  • W5D2 I made the 2 8min. I was very happy with them. The second on was a little slower but made it. Now I get to look forward to Friday. 20min straight. It will be an early night and no wine........... I can and will do this..... :tongue:
  • I know this feeling. Since week one I have been doing the 5km at the end i have been walking one min jog 1min but today i i went walk 1min and jog for2min...
  • Yes i have walking runners running runners and everyday wear runners. Its the only way.
  • W5D1 I liked this one. The second 5mins was so smooth.The last 5mins I did feel it more. Not sure about on Wednesday. 2 lots of 8mins. Im going in with the I will do it. Well put a post up on Wednesday and not even going to think about W5D3 until I have done it...... :laugh:

  • I am about to start week 3. I have done and completed this last year. I even did the 10km one but life happened and Im now back here.   • Happy for anyone to add me. Hope that does not make me sound desperate. Im looking for a healthier me. I try to exercise each day. I clean eat Monday to Friday but struggle on the weekends. I love life and work hard to find a happy balance.

  • I have the same problem. I have learnt to live with it. I love seeing peoples faces when I say my parnter is female. They dont know where to look or what to say.
  • We have 2 Boys 16 and 15. They eat alot as well. Im lucky one likes fruit so that is easy to have alot of it around. Im sure you will work around it all. They dont have to follow you in your eatting style. Your photo is great. And yes that is my partner in my photos too..... Love is love it has no gender.....
