  • I have just finished the C25K and my PB is 5km in 41.26sec. Im a 93kilos and I am now working on my times. I found it was about being able to finish the 5km not about speed. Once you can get to the 5km with out walking or stopping you can work on your time.
  • W8 D1 and 2 Cant believe I didnt write about day 1 of week 8. It was a great run. My partner come with me and hurt their calf. It went a lot slower then i liked but have come up with running on my own in the morning and if they wish I will go at night when they finish work. It just gets to hard when we are on 2 different…

  • Im on week 8 and has taken me some time to get here too. Dont worry about the speed. Go at your own pace. That way you will make it to the end. Speed comes once you can complete the 5km. My PB is 5km in 41.28 I love watching the time go down with each run. If you need water on your jog you are going to fast.... good luck…

  • W7D3 Off we went again. A personal best at 41.28 to night. I'm loving it... I'm feeling free and can't wait to keep going. Both nights I jogged in the rain. Have now entered 3 fun runs a 5km a 8km and a 12km can't wait. I think I do better with a goal in place...

  • I am on week 7 day 3. It has taken me a while to get to this point but I love it. I want to jog/run more and more each time I use it. Have entered into a 8km fun run in May and with this app im sure to make it. there is an app for 10km which I will look at once I have completed this one. Enjoy

  • I did my first 10k fun run 2 yers ago. I had the same fear. The point of just finishing was amazing. Some people run some jogged and most walked. Its about completing and the feeling at the end. The crowds were so surportive..You will be more than ok....
  • Im the same holidays for 8days got right back into it and bang the flu. I will get this finished sooner then later. Im scared of my first run back as I had my 5ks down to 41.33........ I cant wait to finish it....
