C25K

What a great first week.

I completed all 3 C25K week 1 programs. Have to say its not as easy as I thought it might be. Trying to jog 96kilos around is not easy at all. Im hoping as the weeks go on that the weight will drop and it gets a little easier. I also did other excerise during the week. My food intake was a lot better then it has been for the last couple weeks. Im sure the more time spent doing hard work on the excersie I will not want to eat the wrong things. Im not one to think of me skinny but just want to be healthy. looking forward to the next couple of weeks and seeing where this C25K takes me.
