I did Jillian's 30 Day Shred and then switched to Ripped In 30. I'd say it's more about 25 minutes, but it's the perfect amount of circuit training to do at home. Ripped in 30 is definitely a lot harder though for the last 2 weeks. It's a good DVD to switch to after 30 Day Shred.

I tried their unsalted unblanched peanut butter because I'm trying to buy products on the shelf that have very little ingredients from now on. Well all it says is just peanuts lol so that was a plus. I did the light Laughing Cow wedges with flat pretzels for my snacks a lot. They have some awesome flavours & they usually fill me up during my breaks. The Quaker rice snacks are amazing too! I just had to make sure I watched myself & put only 5 and not 10 in my plastic bag for my lunch. It's so hard to resist :(

How about an egg white/veggie breakfast burrito? You could cook all the veggies and scramble the eggs the night before then just take out a tortilla in the morning, spoon everything in & add some salsa or avocado.

Has anyone tried Blue Diamond's Almond Milk With Coconut? I used to hate cereal with a passion. I thought it was so boring, but when I tried this out it just made everything tastes so good. Oh plus it's low in calories :)
