It could be your trainers, you need to find a store that will design them for you. They put you on a treadmill and see how you run and then make the trainers based on their data. I have a similar problem but i don't tend to excersize vigorously to keep the weight down, i just don't have the time in the day! lol. I have will power but that is still keeping me from smoking so the will power against eating treats is completely out the window. I have not smoked for a year and a half and still battle…
