It's not as vigorous as football coaching but i am on my feet for hours on end and demonstrate jumps and spins and chase after pupils to get them skating faster. Hi All, I keep blaming my will power issues with food due to quitting smoking. However, it's been 2years since i quit! I still feel that all my will power is taken up by not smoking though. Belmont (Aldi) - Fruit Biscuits Raisin Apple and Currant, 1 container (3 slices ea.) I bought the above as a healthy snack/quick breaskfast and the damn things have trans fats in them!! Has anyone else been caught out by these so called 'healthier options' that perhaps we should stay away from?
