Ice Skating Coach - Calories Burnt?

Hi All lovely MFP peeps!

I have posted this previously and trying to find something to fit what I do is hard...

I dont do a huge amount on the ice, just chase the occasional pupil round and i only do it on a part-time basis at the moment also but i am on my feet the whole time.

During the week i have a office job so couldnt warrent changing my daily activity up from sitting all day to standing

Can you suggest anything? I'm doing 7 hours of coaching with no break tomorrow and Sunday (yes my feet are going to kill!) but should i eat more on these days?

I was told previusly to try the ice skating 9 mile an hour or less for a quarter of the time i'm on there but it seems like so many cals!?!

Any ideas would be great... and yes i am considering getting a HRM, this maybe the way forward :D
