Depends on your goal, if you want a buzz without killing your calorie count then everclear with diet mixers, 7up lite juice etc is the best bang for the buck, but is not always the best tasting....

"He's not that in to you..." Sorry, based on the information provided this relationship is going to go nowhere, and I recommend you don't invest when he seems to be interested elsewhere. Better to know now than later...

When you originally calculated your TDEE did you use your goal weight or your current weight? When you have a set goal in mind make sure you run a TDEE using THAT weight as the starting point, so you know what maintenance calories will be when you reach your goal. If your TDEE is calculated off of your starting weight you…

Have used sunday as a cheat day since I changed my eating habits. I think its the reason I can stay on task for months without giving up. I currently lose about 2-3 lbs a week, normally eat about 16-1800 calories a day except for sunday and don't worry about It . have lost approx. 40 since the beginning of the year.so the…

An idea would be to adapt this way of eating to your lifestyle. Don't think of it as a failure. I eat this way always. Pick your cheat day and eat disciplined the rest of the time, keeping your calories coming from healthy sources. When you have a weakness for something make a note of it for your cheat day. Just watch your…

Definitely the quality of what you eat matters. What are you binging on? What are your diet weaknesses? sugar? crunchy salty fried? The recommendations here are good TDEE -20%. I use Sunday as a cheat day. Started out that I would cheat from morning til night, as I grew accustomed to the change in my eating my cheating…
