  • I chew chewing gum or drink mint tea to stop myself snacking in the evening unnecessarily as everything tastes minty and unpleasant that way.
  • I have exactly the same issue and it is really getting me down. Trying to eliminate lactose for a few weeks to see if that is the problem but had serious bloating and pains yesterday without lactose. It happened after I ate an apple so it may be the fruit for me that is doing this.
  • I use Protein World's slender blender which is 130 cals per 40g. I mix this with frozen berries, water and ice and have it for breakfast. It also contains green tea and raspberry ketones so is good as an aid to slimming.
  • I allow myself to have a few drinks at the weekend and eat out but I still normally end up about even on my calories as I just exercise lots and build up enough calories.
