full range of motion... if you dont go all the way down all the way up, you arent engaging all of the muscles properly. do it on your knees if you can, experiment with wider or narrower hands to see what feels better. but make sure your back is straight!

it does take heart and it requires you to really examine yourself and your motivations and priorities... a challenge group really helps too because they will keep you accountable... if you are looking for a group let me know ill get you plugged into one.

fanything you can do that is active... swimming walking, anything... but your main focus should be on getting your diet on lock down. Lots of water, no more sodas, lots of veggies and fruits, Greek yogurt, good healthy grains, lean meats.
