I love the fact as well you put as much effort as you want in. a girl in my class doesn't really try then there's me sweating like a pig, jumping that bit higher every time next to her!

thanks guys, i'll keep it as it is but if one day goes over by a couple hundred I wont panic as there is already a pretty big deficit i cant always eat all my exercise cals back, like yesterday I earnt 1000-ish and it was just too many! lol thanks :)

know that feeling! i hate that everyone thinks going to dinner together is such a nice thing whether its for a date or whatever. Before i used to eat before i left so i could have just a tiny main when everyone else is having starters and desserts etc. and no one would think 'here comes the fatty'

Can't believe no one else had started one yet! My bad time is weekends, I get up late and just want a massive bowl of pasta for breakfast! (gross I know!) Evenings are the worst! tv and binging is all i wanna do!

if you go on the groups tab it shows all the groups you are in. Inside the group you can start posts and they will show in you 'my topics' tab just like regular posts. Its less scattered and random than usual posting though as you know all the discussions in there will be comfort eating related and everyone in the group…

i gave it a go before and failed! i found having a cup of tea was great when i needed a *kitten* as it gave me that "ooohhhhh" relief the nicotine usually gave me! fell off the wagon though! love it! i am on a e-cig atm (bought ages ago and forgot about!) its like wanting a steak and someone giving you tofu but does the job :) its the psychological side I'm more worried about! smoking is a huge comfort

interesting reading the trouser theory. i have a big belly but smaller waist, bum and legs so my trousers always sit in my B. my friend wears her trousers lower and has a perfect little pot belly, all cute and round not flabby and B'ish like mine!
