I've always been a bit skeptic of these scales myself (how the hell can they tell what my bones are like?!) . . . but from what you guys have told me; I have been getting a lot more calcium and doing kettle bells everyday for the last couple weeks, so its all good :) Thank you :)

I go for weigh in's on a big fancy set of scales with a handlebar thingy. It tells you the water, fat, muscle, bone masses also metabolic age, bmi and all that stuff. Hi, I've been doing it for a couple days now and I'm 240lbs I really struggle for some of it and have to do the easy versions but I'm completing it and I'm way heavier than you so it is possible! I am doing it every other day with weights in between though as I actually want to die afterwards! lol :)

True words people. I'm going to have to eat something before I go to the gym as otherwise I wont eat for 8 hours and will be starving! will concentrate on quality rather than quantity and look up good pre gym snacks rather than needing to cram an extra 400/600 cals into my day!

Thanks guys, I might try having a fruit smoothie (as fruit and veg are the 'free' add ons with the plan) and see how it goes, i can add in peanut butter and protein powder if I stop losing or get light headed during work outs ect. Thanks :)

mash it with some garlick, lemon and salt then use as a pasta sauce- it is SO good! really creamy without the dairy. It is complete healthy comfort food at its best :)

hi, I had a go at diet chef a couple years ago and failed miserably as i couldn't afford it any more- still lost about a stone though. now i am trying again and pairing it with trips to the gym. Hopefully it will be more od a success this time! and I've signed up for 4 months so will have to stick it out!!

hi, i make summer porridge. get a mason jar, add your porridge oats, some yoghurt (greek is good) and some milk then load it up with seeds, fruit, peanut butter, honey, anything you fancy! screw the lid of, shake the crap out of it and leave in the fridge overnight. It really is a great gadget. I feel like I've had a completely sinful treat and in a lot of cases it's really just over 100cals per serving!! i did make an amazing batch out of cherry yoghurt with dark chocolate chips in. O.M.G. it was amazing!

i do rolled oats with greek yorgurt a little milk and honey. leave it in the fridge over night, dont cook it! i use a mason jar so you can shake the crap out of it chuck in some fruit and nuts and its amazing!

it has actually :) reading everyone else problems makes me think GOOD GOD I have it easy! Just found out i have a dairy allergy to, which stops my chocolate binge in it's tracks! lol
