I have Olive and pickle! was going to rename them when i adopted them from the shelter but each time the names stuck so i have condiments for cats!

i take salad and im the biggest salad phobe ever! lettuce, chicken, sweetcorn, peppers, spring onion and some light coleslaw. My lunchbox has an icepack in the lid so it stays cool all day :) im a salad convert and feel better for skipping the bread!

i've been so tempted to do this as i keep halting after losing about a stone then abandoning for a year and trying again! i've set my goals to 30/40/30 and will aim to lower even more in the future :)

by the looks of your pic, i weight loads more than you (230) i do zumba classes and the first one was awful! i was out of time and going in the wrong directions but now its my 3rd class and im up to speed. i dont look great doing it by any means but im giving it my all and sweating like a pig! lol good luck :)

even km seems too much I did 5 on the elliptical in about 10 mins. I was trying to keep my heart rate above 170 so going pretty quick (for me!! lol) 5km seems WAY too much though!?
