i try to avoid carbs a lot more now days. i have a small portion of cous cous/ rice with my evening meal (about half a cup-cooked) it adds just enough stability so i dont want to snack. need to bump up the cardio!!

i am in the same place! i have been advised to break my meals up into smaller portions throughout the day, eat less carbs after lunch time and up my cals a little in case ive hit starvation mode. Good luck!!

that is a bloody amazing answer. now it all makes sense! thanks man, I've added my walk to work in a exersize (its really not, as only 20 mins) but it raises my cals to that mark so hopefully this will work better! will be exercizing more as well :) Thank you guys

i must admit i have been doing this without realising and feeling guilty about it! i think it may have started to get me off of my plateau though and people have started noticing. sundays are the worst day for me! know the feeling! i am in the 3rd week of a non losing stint also and my god its annoying! i have been told to drink plenty of water and be careful with cals you dont realise your having e.g. mints, chewing gum, tea etc keep up the good work though, you may have a big loss coming just around the corner! good luck :)

i agree the sucess stories part is huge motivation! really feels like we are all doing it together, i honestly do think that people that have been overweight at some point have a better perspective on their bodies once they lose it (thats not intended as an insult to thin people though!)

www.dietchef.com its pretty much nutritionaly balanced ready meals, soups etc delivered to you. its not too expensive and it tastes amazing im not one to fall for fads, let alone pay out for one but i thought its worth a try! if after a month or two i dont like it im no worse off, but ive lost 3lb since saturday :)
