Month 1 - I enjoyed Pure Cardio ~ I think it's because you know once the exercise is over, it's done for the video. I enjoyed Core Cardio and Balance as well during Recovery Week. Month 2 - Max Cardio is taking the lead and I, too, HATE max push-ups :grumble: But I am getting better at it!
