  • Lasanga, and for the same reasons you mentioned. I think it is more of a comfort food thing. I just make sure I do some exercise that day and earn the calories.
  • My shifts can last up to 12 hours & I have lost 20lbs in about 6 weeks, just sticking to the calorie limit altho it is hard not to binge.
