I usually eat a light break fast, light lunch and two snacks, the i have room to eat a healthy dinner with my family. it's been doing good for me.

i listen to up beat christian music.....it helps me stay motivated and better then the music they paly at they gym..:happy:

i think you can accomplish that goal, that is a little over 8lbs a month and 2 pounds a week is a healthy goal. you just have to stay on top of it. watch what you eat , keep up your work outs and keep a positive attitude!!!!! it won't be easy but if are determined you and God can do anything. i will be yoru cheerleader.…

I am from charlotte, you can add me as a friend.....i know it is ahrd to get to the gym but there are also lots of videos out there you can use at home or just get out ( once weather is nice ) and start walking.

Hi I just started the 30 shredd also. i do it in the morning before i get started for the day. i am fitness stupid what is a body bug and where can i get one to help me see how many calories i burn during work outs???? thanks bunches

yeah!!!! it will all come off in a good and healthy manner plus you will be eating better and working out your body , mind, and spirit will all be in tip top shape. small goals are best and i suggest you do not step on the scale everyday i said i would not and have been (bad me ) becasue i get mad if i do not see it going…
