You may not have been conscious of the changes to Calories In or Calories Out but there must have been some. If a pill could make you gain 77lb of fat with no change in the energy equation no-one in the world would die of hunger, as RelCanonical said. Say it out loud and you'll realise how impossible it sounds.

Don't think she's still breastfeeding him now - he's about ten years old!
-
Your meds contained 270,000 calories?? (Someone check my maths)
-
Have you gone low fat? That used to be a problem for me rather than a lack of fibre.
-
I use the app on my phone, so the avatars are so small. I'm often surprised when I click to make them bigger that people don't look like what I was expecting. I thought Carlos was a rock dude with a pointy beard, like someone from System of a Down or such!!
-
And don't forget those selling pink Himalayan salt!
-
Way to go! Though I've personally never seen a woo-worthy post of yours.
-
Got enough yet?? Can't quite believe how much I'm invested in seeing your screenshot!!
-
I'm really not sure this is the case. It's happening on lots of threads and the comments being wooed are often not Woo-worthy in either sense. I fear someone just has too much time on their hands and doesn't know what to do with it. It's a shame if they make people think that perfectly good comments have less merit.
-
Grumpy day it is then. Why not leave a message and we'll see what we can do to cheer you up?
-
The mystery hit-and-run wooer is on this thread too I see. Either someone doesn't know that the woo button is not a compliment or they're having a grumpy day. If it's a real woo then they should really qualify what exactly upset them about what has been said.
-
What is it with all the wooing of good advice lately?
-
There's another thread on the go that sounds suspiciously similar to this one.
-
Glittzy, you've only been around for 3 weeks, really not enough time to know what is working for you or not. You throw out questions which concern me that you're looking for something magic and rarely respond to people's questions and advice. The process works if you follow it consistently and a lot of people have taken…
-
I've noticed that this OP rarely reports back after asking a question so we may never know which method she went with!
-
OP, I'm assuming your use of the word 'stones' means you're in the UK and I'm guessing many of the respondents are from the US. Sizes will be quite different.
-
Actually it's 7 years old!
-
Sadly we can't celebrate this day here in the UK, as it's 14.3. Month-day-year never made sense to me!!
-
One day soon your weight loss will stall, or you may even gain slightly, doing everything the same as you're doing now. At that time, remind yourself that you got paid in advance this week and don't let it freak you out.
-
I think that's the oldest resurrected thread I've ever seen!
-
Unfortunately the 10lb you have lost in 3 weeks was not all fat loss. Nor have you gained 2lb of fat. People do often see large losses at the start of a new healthy eating programme, I also know I have been "paid in advance" and expect a small gain a couple of weeks later.
-
And I sent someone a Hug before I realised. Grrr!
-
If you use the magnifying glass to search for discussions on this topic you will see many threads on how it does nothing for weight loss.
-
News out of the UK today pushing the importance of fibre, which may be lacking in a keto diet.
-
When you are happy and settled some time in the future you will be thankful this one didn't pan out.
-
Yes but the poster is being a WW zealot without really following what it advocates.
-
Did WW recommend tracking calories? Since it allows so much 'free' food I suspect not. Doing so has helped you reach your goals. Congratulations.
-
WW may not count certain foods but your body does. I say you're in the right place right here OP.
-
2013 is popular on these boards at the moment.

Does the plan give you a specific calorie allowance for your individual needs or does it promote the same plan for a small mature person as for a 6'4 rugby playing youth?
