Level 1 Day 2 of 30 Day Shred DONE! It really kicked my butt this time! I was sore from yesterday and had to stop a couple of times because it just hurt so darn bad! Hopefully tomorrow won't be as bad! But I will have to say I feel pretty darn good having done it!

Got Level 1 Day 1 done on my 30 Day Shred mission! I'm sweating like crazy, but I feel good! When I tried this DVD before for the first 5 days I always had to stop during the second set of cardio to catch my breath. I am proud to say that today, I did the entire workout without stopping! Feeling pretty darn proud right now!

Looks like I forgot to post in this thread yesterday, so... 7/14/11 Level one/Day four...Done! Had to take one 5 second breather, but that's an accomplishment for me, I usually take at least three! Today: Level One/Day five...Done! Whoohooo! I didn't have to take a single breather! Yay me!:bigsmile:

Level One/Day Three done! I also did 15 minutes on my new eliptical (which that in itself kicked my sore butt!) for some added cardio. A lot more soreness today, but I kind of knew it was going to get worse before it gets better. I just hope my end results are at least close to some I've seen posted on MFP!:smile:
