Welcome guys!! It's nice to see people starting this programme. After the hybrid I intend on doing Beta again and maybe after Gamma again. I've just got such a crazy schedule I've not had time to reply on here as much but I am reading all your threads and comments. I want to lose 4kg more and would be really happy with 7kg…

Hi no time to chat right now but I thought I'd post my Tuesday weigh in from the gym.. I had a long weekend away no way to work out was a hen party food .. junk food .. picnic ... ziplining for 5hrs and then clubs viper free drinks etc. etc. So I missed 2 workouts from last week of Gamma and just left them be will probably…

@Real149 wtg!! Cant wait to see your progress after Gamma. Your going to have a shock with Gamma it's the speed that just kills me! It will be the first on your to do list. @silverbulletsuk haha you are quite frankly nuts! Glad your enjoying the workout and back in the saddle so to speak. It's great to see it hasn't slowed…

@motivatedsister goodluck with whatever you chose to do and keep dropping by the thread. I find the t25 great prefer it to the gym faster easier and I need to improve on so much so eventually when I hit the gym I have good for me and a fair fitness to start with in classes. @Tammy_Christopher welcome to the thread sounds…

Hi everyone looks like your all doing fantastic well done @Blessed_Mommy86 for finally completing it how awesome. I think I'll redo it all after my 2 lots of Gamma I'm also doing the hybrid of it... I started back Muay thai after a week off.. I've had guests staying for last few days and went off with food/drinks but did…

Ohhh and my weekly update: I do not think I've been eating enough. My weigh in was at a different time of day very early rather than mid afternoon because of my day... I lost 1.1kg but it seems like it was muscle if that's possible in a week. I also gained 0.5% Fat in this week. Yet I've stuck to the programme all week and…

@cgibs87 that Gamma one is awesome right?! I love it @motivatedsister and me are definitely. Feeling the burns there. I absolutely love it. I think Beta was my fave set of dvds as everything seemed more doable to me Gamma is a little too hard and have to push myself but still love the dvds. @supersimonesquirrel oh no I…
-
@Enjcg5 I know right damn those ski jumps can really feel those working. So far the exercise that kills me the most in Gamma that I find hard to complete is the Rip't up weights shimmy arms 90 degree things, it's right after plank push ups and then another exercise where it's also a shimmy but both together by this time my…

Hi everyone! Threads a little quieter these days I hope everyone is doing well. It's nice to see everyone so dedicated redoing weeks or stacking up there dvds and catching up in general. I've changed days around to fit things in too it's such a flexible programme. I love that today I'm feeling awful and super tired and…

@supersimonesquirrel Muay Thai is a martial art a contact sport. If you Google it you can find information and maybe a trial session near you for a class. I'm doing contact and grading in a local martial arts studio. It's great because an ex para trooper runs it and he's passionate about his job and about the people he…

All I can press is awesome for you all the last few days.. your all Killin it as far as I can see just amazing how far everyone is coming. I had undercooked chicken from a return to Tuesday felt I'll tues evening and all day yesterday. I'm much better now. I still managed to eat a little and I did my Gamma workout. Muay…
-
@chookywillow such a good idea I think I'll do that, I might stack a beta and the speed 1 to make a gamma hehe! Also like the idea I'll put in alot more effort! I just finished up muay thai and my shins are swollen n bruised and my knees and elbows I'm icing as we speak! So as always here is my Tuesday end week results for…
-
@Blessed_Mommy86 I'm really not sure if I'll try it again and hope I improve or change it for another cardio what are you using instead? I have speed again this week with I just looked and dreading it already and it's on a night I do muay thai.. hell no's! No wonder you don't have a double day! I just did Rip't I love it…
-
@chookywillow I struggle with cardio and strength equally and abs/core are appalling.. I like strength much better as I can use the weights I need and improve in my own time like with t25 the cardio I'd difficult and I try to do as much as I can and improve on it. Piyo is great because it doesn't damage joints etc. It's…
-
@supersimonesquirrel this is my favorite workout too, so much more doable for me then longer dvds, I'm also going to give my all next week as I felt pants this week and like you had several cramping moments and energy drained. I remember lower focus being crazy aswell! Well done getting two hard dvds out of the way!…
-
I want to try it now @motivatedsister will definitely let you know when I get there my thoughts! Usually there is a good reason why he does everything.. slowing up and then speed in weight is called something then you slow again a trainer at our mma studio uses it.. maybe that's what he's doing haha!! I'm looking forward…

Feels so strange that 10weeks have gone by so fast after thinking at the start it was slow and not wondering if i would manage to stick it out. So proud i have but so much to redo and improve on after gamma and gamma hybrid. There were times I didn't want to do one workout or 2 but I just did it or I moved it to weekend…
-
Well done @motivatedsister making me look more forward to Gamma. Sounds fantastic progress with weights I'm thinking about buying some higher too now just for when the time comes that I will need them for now 5lb works for everything I need. I also have random kettle bells no idea why.. found them when I was clearing out…

Weekly weigh in update.. gone up body fat % and weight and muscle mass. Weighed in after a big lunch at a different time of day and still waiting on Tom. All as expected. If anyone wants a break down of comparison for week 9 let me know.
-
I'm really scared of Gamma and speed 3.0! Having a bad few days, this week is not going so grand but only 4 workouts and 10weeks are up. I'm bloated and tired this week and meant to have had Tom.. but for some strange reasons I'm getting all the cramping and crap and no period!! It's horrible. I may not goto muay thai…
-
@chookywillow goodluck with housework renovation. What will you do without a shower oh no! The Muay Thai I goto is a professional club, there are lots of classes for all kinds of training.. then weights and other things you never know what your be doing except pad work is usually a given one to one kicking and punch bags…
-
@Blessed_Mommy86 what a brilliant start to Gamma you have had! I looked at calendar today as I am on my last week of t25 beta. I saw speed 3.0 *gulp* I'm terrified! It's really interesting to see your doing hybrid first. I will be doing pure gamma to get stringer and lose more weight as I havnt achieved results I want from…
-
@kerrimeng4 I use 5lbs in each hand and started at 2.5lbs.. I may go higher if I do it again but this works perfect for me I feel the burn towards end of exercises and I can still move my arms the next day. I'm not sure what @chookywillow is saying about superman weights and stuff unless that's gamma as you don't hold…
-
@silverbulletsuk I know the exact moment of these sayings.. he manages to say it at the exact time my body wants to give in and it gives me so much more focus and motivation to do more even if my legs feel they are no longer attached to my body.. definitely. Feel those burns I wonder if they ever become easier.. at the end…

It is lots of fun. I wouldn't of said that 2months ago but I can hold my ground in the fitness area now so I'm sort of average fitness level. Well done on getting house work done I've yet to get around to it all myself. Just finished t25 it's been 27celcius (not sure how you spell that) here today, I'm sweating so much…
-
Hi guys! Also looking for friends in martial arts! Like minded people and all that. I've started Muay Thai done 3 classes so far which are around 2hrs each. Never sweat so much in a class environment before and I love it. Did 4 one to one hr classes before I joined the group classes and had my first grading after those…
-
Well done @motivatedsister I really don't think we need more than t25 even when we feel like we could stack it. I have core cardio today too. I've forgotten what it is which is good because I'm so sore and bruised all over from muay thai I don't really feel like working out but because I don't know what the routine is it…

@kittekkitteh88 isn't it just! They cook so fast and aswell as good carbs I make high protein having beans and cheese so filling and a good all round variety with macro. As for my weekly weigh in.. really odd results this week, still fantastic from when I started weigh insurance. Just very odd my body fat went up muscle…
