I have the same problem in my family. They are constantly making pastries, chips and nuggets. And the freezer's always full of ice cream! Makes it really hard to stick to my healthy meals/snacks when the whole house smells of yumness :(

Hot drinks help me feel full so I don't pick. I'll make a herbal tea or coffee when I'm feeling snacky. Also, sometimes I cut up some veggies and put them nearby, so I'll be more likely to go for the veg than eat something unhealthy.

Thanks, I feel a little less guilty now :) Had soup and an apple for dinner to balance it out a bit. Hopefully I can get my snacking under control soon!
