Ate too much bread!

I am a trainee baker and today we made wholegrain breads. I was doing really well at not snacking on it, but then it got late, I was hungry and the train ride was long. I started nibbling on a bread stick and then... it was all gone.
I have no idea how many calories was in that thing. So I know I've eaten too much bread, but I don't know how many calories i have left for the day :(
This bread stick was about a forearm long and an inch or so wide.
If anybody has a general idea of how many calories would be in something like that, I'd really appreciate it :)

don't beat yourself up for a small mishap, you can choose to put this behind you and move on... it is in the past, get back on track, and don't let this stop you

    anyone can add me

A bread stick wont ruin your progress. Calm down. ;)

Thanks, I feel a little less guilty now :) Had soup and an apple for dinner to balance it out a bit. Hopefully I can get my snacking under control soon!
