This is a great idea. I like to see visual reminders too, a good one is packets of butter as every pound is the equivalent of 2 packets. When I lost 30 I took a pic of 60 packets in a supermarket (prob looked crazy but was too excited to care). Keep up the good work.

Hey, I have zumba 2 and zumba core for the wii and play (even though it's a workout and burns soooo many cals it's so much fun it feels like a game) nearly every day.
